As the warmth of the sun tilts away from the Northern Hemisphere, the Autumn Equinox is an invitation to let go of what no longer serves us, to slow down, to get rooted, and to turn our attention inwards in preparation for the slower, darker and colder months to come - a time for welcoming balance back to our bodies and minds after the vibrancy and busyness of summer.
Join me bright and early at lululemon Spitalfields on International Day of Yoga. Fellow yoga teachers Annie Clarke, Louise Boyd, Alice Trow, David Pearce and I will be guiding you through 108 Sun Salutations to honour this special day. High Mood Food will also be providing treats after the class.

Come and join me in celebration of Earth Day for an afternoon of yoga, meditation and inspiring environmental discussion. I will be guiding guests through an earth inspired vinyasa flow class, before a talk with Ocean Generation founder Daisy Kendrick, to discuss taking our yoga practice off the mat with the collective mission of safeguarding our beautiful planet.
Suggested donation is £10-15 on the door and all funds will go to Ocean Generation's island projects, educating and supporting young people living in Small Island Developing States to adapt to ongoing climate threats.
